A friend of mine is in the hospital, and will be for the next month or so. She has a family of 3 at home. I need some new ideas for meals. I’ve already made spaghetti, chicken enchiladas and a full meal of cornish game hens. I’d like to make a couple of things that they can just pull out of the freezer, and one they can use right away. Can you give me some other ideas? Thanks all, you always come through for me.

The problem is that all meals must be prepared in a crock pot, an electric skillet, and the microwave because the gas in the house is turned off. Her family eats huge quantities of food, and they don’t like ethnic foods, which are what I like best to prepare. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
I forgot to mention that they don’t like soup, either.

The recipe calls for 2 packets of jelly squares, 1 pint boiling water, 13 1/2 oz. tinof raspberries and a ring mould to hold 3 1/2 pints.
